Ghi rõ tên nhân vật, thiết bị (iPhone/Android/máy tính) và mô tả lỗi, kèm ảnh chụp màn hình nếu có. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc.

Chơi có cần tài khoản không?

Không. Bạn chơi ngay bằng tài khoản khách. Đăng nhập Apple hoặc Google để giữ nhân vật trên máy chủ và mở chat, Võ Đài, Phố Bất Động Sản…

Đổi máy, cài lại app thì mất nhân vật không?

Nếu đã đăng nhập Apple/Google: không mất, chỉ cần đăng nhập lại bằng đúng tài khoản đó. Nếu đang chơi khách, hãy đăng nhập trước khi đổi máy (Cài đặt → Tài khoản).

Game bị giật, nóng máy?

Vào Cài đặt → Đồ họa → chọn "Mượt (30 FPS)". Bật "Tự giảm hiệu ứng khi máy bị giật".

Không thấy bản cập nhật mới?

Game tự cập nhật khi bạn thoát ra rồi mở lại. Nếu màn hình chính báo "Có bản cập nhật", bấm vào chơi để tải.

Xoá tài khoản

Cài đặt → ⚠️ Xóa tài khoản → gõ XÓA để xác nhận. Xem thêm Chính sách quyền riêng tư và Điều khoản dịch vụ.

Please include your character name, device (iPhone/Android/computer), a description of the problem and screenshots if possible. We reply within 3 business days.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play right away as a guest. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your character on our servers and unlock chat, the Arena, Real Estate Street and more.

Will I lose my character on a new device?

Not if you signed in with Apple/Google – just sign in with the same account. If you play as a guest, sign in before switching devices (Settings → Account).

The game lags or my phone gets hot

Go to Settings → Graphics → "Smooth (30 FPS)" and enable "Reduce effects automatically when lagging".

I don't see the latest update

The game updates itself when you leave and reopen it. If the main screen shows "New update available", tap Play to download it.

Delete your account

Settings → ⚠️ Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
